athletic ability. Speed, Strength, Power, and Flexibility are the factors that separate a good cheerleader from a great one. The good news is that with the proper training you can achieve these results and also have an athlete that is at less risk for injury.

At Champion Sports Training we are dedicated to building great cheerleading athletes. As a sports medicine based company, our founders combine over 30 years of rehabilitative and training knowledge. We have developed the safest and quickest method to obtain the goals you have for your team.

The founders of Champion Sports Training are licensed physical therapists that specialize in the treatment of athletic injuries. It is this knowledge base along with our staff of certified strength and conditioning specialists (CSCS) and athletic trainers that set us apart from other companies and trainers.

Through the years, we have recognized an ever increasing prevalence of injuries in the sport of cheerleading. From wrist and ankle sprains to devastating knee injuries, we have seen all types of cheerleading injuries. So what can we do about it? Current research has proven that a strong and flexible athlete that also has good footwork with running and landing is less likely to be injured as well as being able to compete at higher competitive levels.

The Champion training method focuses on improving:

· flexibility of the cheerleading athlete to allow higher toe touches
· power of the athlete to provide higher jumps
· speed and footwork of the cheerleader which creates explosive starts on their take offs for tumbling
· strength for excelling in stunts

These videos incorporate the same professional instruction that we provide in our personal training sessions but at a fraction of the cost. Each video consists of a warm up, specific training segment and a cool down.
