Injury Index

Injuries are inevitable in sports due to the competitive nature, intensity, and increased frequency that athletes are participating in their sport. As a sports medicine based training group, we often are asked about specific injuries and aches and pains throughout the body. As part of our training program, our licensed personnel also assess injuries and may refer the athlete to the appropriate physician or simply give a home exercise program and treatment recommendations. Here are a few problem areas we commonly see and what to look for in each area.
